With over nineteen years of accounting experience, Christian has worked on several office, retail and industrial projects. He works closely with Property Management, Asset Management, Project Development, and Equity Partners to ensure precise financial data is delivered on time. Christian lead an accounting team during a rapidly growing real estate portfolio, which included accounting review and management of 1 Million square feet and three properties to 4 Million square feet across eleven properties. He has experience with many different accounting and budget systems including Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, Realogic and Kardin. Christian oversaw the accounting responsibilities of many high-profile buildings in Denver including 1515 Wynkoop, 1601 Wewatta and 1144 15th Street.
