DENVER (May 16, 2019) - ColeTaylor, a Denver-based commercial property management company recently welcomed Christian Merrick, Vice President of Accounting and Rick Justice, Vice President of Engineering, to the team.

Merrick brings nearly 20 years of accounting and leadership experience with prominent office, retail and industrial projects around Denver. Justice brings substantial knowledge and expertise in developing and implementing tailored energy management strategies and preventative maintenance for properties.

Cole Taylor recently expanded its commercial property management portfolio to include Elevate, a 20-story office building located at 4100 E. Mississippi Ave. in Glendale.
