Local property management firm notches more than 1 million square feet under management
ColeTaylor, a property management firm based in Denver, recently added a six-building, suburban office portfolio to its assets under management, pushing the company's total assets managed to more than 1 million square feet. Founded 18 months ago by former Hines employees Liz Taylor and Jessica Cole, the company also manages One Union Station and the recently completed Platte Fifteen building. Tenants are currently building out spaces at Platte Fifteen, which will be home to popular outdoor brand Fjallraven's Denver flagship store.
Cole and Taylor collectively have more than 25 years of experience in Denver's commercial real estate market. Cole previously served as director of property management for Hines overseeing Denver property management and engineering operations, while Taylor oversaw Hines' property management operations in the Denver and Phoenix markets. "We recognized a need in the market for more nimble and flexible options for real estate clients when it comes to property management," Cole said. "There really is no one size that fits all."
ColeTaylor currently has 15 full-time employees. The company is focused specifically on the Denver metro. "There's a ton of inventory in Denver Tech Center," Taylor said. "That's a market we're focused on."
